Invention Incubator Makerspace

Invention is an integral part of classroom learning at the National Inventors Hall of Fame Middle School. Learners partner with the community to solve real world problems by designing prototype solutions. Engineering students discover the engineering design model as they invent solutions to everyday problems. This newly designed Invention Incubator space at STEM Middle School is now open and we are excited to engage our learners in the process of learning through invention.

This summer, our learning coaches used the space to design, build, test, and redesign a hockey stick. They used the hockey stick in a beach ball hockey game in our gym. What a great way to infuse invention with physical education! We are all so excited to integrate our classroom learning in this unique space. We invite you to come see us and watch us grow through invention!
